3772131 - Recall or Remove Personal Reward and variable pay statements after system refresh - SAP successfactors compensation

• After a system refresh, real Compensation Statements and Personal Variable Pay Statements are visible on the employee profile.
• Statements are visible in the Compensation section (including via proxy access).

Product: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Proxy as a user.
2. Open the user’s profile and navigate to the Compensation section.
3. Open the Compensation Statements and Variable Pay Statements card and observe real statements are visible.

Real compensation and variable pay statements were copied during a system refresh and remained visible on employee profiles.

1. Go to Compensation Home.
2. Open the relevant compensation template.
3. Navigate to Complete Compensation Cycle.
4. Select Reward Statements.
5. Choose Recall Statements.
6. Select the option: “Recall by statement template. All statements based on the personal statement template selected for this plan are recalled.”
7. Confirm the recall. After completion, the statements will no longer be visible to users.
