3772134 - Payroll Driver PA03_OFF parameter in H4S4: Preventing errors in Production system after migration

Symptom

After migrating from ECC to SAP HCM for S/4HANA On-Premise (H4S4), you notice a new screen parameter PA03_OFF (possible variations for the label are "Ignore PCR" or "Ignore Payroll Control Record") in the payroll driver.

This also applies if you are using H4S4 directly out-of-the-box (without having migrating from ECC)
