3772191 - Argentina Withholding Taxes: Vendors not included in TXT file uploaded are being modified by FIWTAR_VEND_EXMP

Symptom

  • Vendor withholding tax exemptions are automatically end-dated when running program S_E17_83000009 - transaction FIWTAR_VEND_EXMP (RG17 processing).
  • Exemptions are removed for vendors not included in the uploaded RG17 TXT file.
  • System updates the exemption end date to the day before the 'Exemption update date' (P_UDATE) parameter.
