3772194 - Custom card content not updating on legacy Home Page

Custom card content under Organizational Updates is not reflecting the latest updates saved in Manage Home Page

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the legacy Home Page.
2. Under Organizational Updates, open the affected custom card
3. Observe that the displayed content does not reflect the latest updates made in Manage Home Page configuration.
4. Verify the content in Manage Home Page, where the updated version is visible.

The content was updated only for a single language. Users accessing the system in other languages continue to see the previously maintained content for their respective locale.

To resolve the behavior ensure that the custom card content is maintained consistently across all enabled languages in the system:

1. Go to Manage Home Page and click on Organizational Updates
2. Open the relevant custom card and click on pencil icon to edit it
3. Follow until the Navigation section (Section 3) of the custom card
4. Use the language dropdown to switch between all enabled languages and update and validate the content for each language to ensure consistency.
5. Save the changes.
