3772216 - Identity Povisioning Job Between S/4 Private Cloud and WorkZone Is Skipping User Creation

Symptom

When running the Identity Provisioning Service job between S/4HANA Private Cloud and WorkZone, users are being skipped instead of being created. When investigating the skipped entity logs, the following message is observed :-

  • skip reason=Entity condition [($.emails EMPTY false) && ($['urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:sap:2.0:User'].userUuid EMPTY false)] is not fulfilled
