3772231 - Performance issues with Multiple areas in Successfactors after 1H2026 Release

After the recent release, experiencing significant performance issues in multiple areas:

• Navigating to Compensation Information takes unusually long to load.

• One-Time Payments and Recurring Payments sections take extended time to open or freeze during save.

• Payroll team is unable to add new entries due to slow system response.

• The One-Off Payments Card on People Profile freezes when saving a new record.

This behavior was not present before the release.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to an employee’s People Profile.

2. Select Compensation Information → observe slow loading.

3. Open One-Time Payments or Recurring Payments → screen takes long to respond.

4. Attempt to add a new One-Off Payment → UI freezes or becomes unresponsive.

5. Attempt to load or create a Canvas Report → report does not load or times out.

• The Latest Edit UI is not enabled in the instance.

• PP3 edit performance issues are a known limitation.

Performance issue is a known limitation related to PP3 UI loading and rendering .

Kindly enable PPX for View and Edit, so you can edit each individual PCNR record and the performance issue won't be there.


As a next step, raise an enhancement request with SAP to formally log your concern. 

This will help bring visibility to your requirement and may be considered for future improvements.
