3772237 - Why is my To Do portlet not displaying my tasks that are pending Approval?

Symptom

  • User cannot see any items in the To Do list despite being in the approval flow.
  • When logged in as the user, the To Do list is empty, but selecting View Tasks shows tasks pending approval.
