3772245 - Cannot add statement template from SuccessStore (permission error) while proxying to other user

• User is not able to access Add template > From SuccessStore; a permission error is shown.
• The error occurs for all SuccessStore template options when attempting to add a statement template.
• The same user can complete the action when signing in directly (not via proxy).

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Proxy to some user.
2. Go to Action for all plans.
3. Select Manage Statement Template.
4. Choose Add template > From SuccessStore.
5. Select any option and observe the permission error.

A code change to SuccessStore controllers for proxy security introduced a restriction that blocked proxy users from accessing SuccessStore (permission check failure).

Engineering team has identified the code issue and will fix it as per the following dates:

• Preview: 12-Oct-2026.
• Production: 13-Nov-2026

No role-based permission changes are required for this issue, after implementing the fix the users will be able to use proxy to access the templates from SuccessStore. 

Workaround: for now please have the administrator sign in directly with their own credentials (do not use Proxy) to add or download statement templates from SuccessStore.
