3772247 - Material deleted from SAP S/4HANA is not removed from my SAP Ariba solution after an incremental load

Symptom

When I set a deletion flag for a material in my SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA using transaction MM06 and run the incremental load with report ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT, the material is not deleted from my SAP Ariba solution.

I observe one of two behaviors:

  • The delete file is not generated by the incremental load process. 
  • A delete file is generated, but the material still exists in the SAP Ariba solution after the import.
