3772256 - Manage situation types - extended (F5437) shows no data in productive client

Symptom

  • The Manage Situation Types – Extended (F5437) app displays “No data” in one client while data is shown in another client of the same system.
  • The OData call used by the app differs between clients: in the affected client the request includes a filter SitnDefType eq '1', while in the other client this filter is not present.
  • Standard-delivered situation templates are not displayed in the affected client.
  • No explicit error message is shown.
