3772262 - Supplier not visible in Guided Buying despite correct Purchasing Organization and Purchasing Unit

Symptom

A supplier is not available in Guided Buying when creating a requisition. The supplier has the correct Purchasing Organization and Purchasing Unit assigned, which is the same as the user, and is visible and selectable in Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
