Symptom

This KBA explains how to resolve the IR8A PATLine submission error 'RFF Grp1. Payee ID type should be 1 or 2 or 4 or 11 or 12, Qualifier = AWN error is 0' and the error 'Employee tax reference number is not valid' during PDF file format generation.
