3772276 - Error to save User Mapping on Work Tech Configuration

On Work Tech Configuration page, when saving User Mapping, there is an error on Mapping Status: 

1. Unable to map yourself because there is no user found in Microsoft Entra ID based on the SAP SuccessFactors user identifier you selected. To further validate the mapping, try searching for another user in the search box below or 
2. Unable to map yourself because there are multiple users found in SAP SuccessFactors based on the Microsoft Entra user identifier you selected. To further validate the mapping, try searching for another user in the search box below
