If only inserting future-dated record into payment information card, Clock button/History button is not displayed.

- Payment Information
Reproducing the Issue
Step 1 Open user any user's profile > personal data > payment information
Step 2 Insert a record, set effective date as a future date > save
Step 3 Found there is no history button displayed
step 4 Change as of today to that future date, history button displayed
Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
