Symptom

• The same Business Partner is used as both Carrier and Additional Agreement Party because the same carrier performs transportation and port services.
• In SAP TM freight order, the system does not calculate charges for the same carrier with different agreements.
• Users expect two charge items to be created, but the system always creates one.
