3772421 - RBP group change audit report output is truncated

• The RBP Group Change Audit Report is executed for a date range, but the generated Excel/CSV shows truncated values (for example, "…" in old/new value columns).
• Many users appear missing in group membership lists within the report because long values are cut off.
• A 'full' audit report without restrictions is requested.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open Change Audit Reports.
2. Set a date range and submit the report.
3. Download the output and observe that long old/new value fields are truncated with ellipses ("...") and not all users are shown.

• The behavior is working as designed.
• Each change entry (old value and new value) in the Change Audit Report is limited to 3,000 characters; values exceeding this limit are truncated in the output.

1. Note that the truncation is expected behavior due to the 3,000-character per change-entry limit; it is not a defect.
2. To collect data within the limit, narrow the scope and run multiple smaller reports (for example, reduce the date range and/or apply available filters) so individual change entries remain below the limit.
3. If an unrestricted output is required, submit an enhancement request through the standard product feedback channel for consideration by the product team.
