3772521 - Unable to add/update item category P (preliminary item) in BOMs via BAPIs

• Unable to add preliminary components of item category P in BOMS such as material BOM/ Order Engineering Worklist / Manage Order BOM using BAPIs.
• Attempts with BAPIs such as CSAP_ORD_BOM_CREATE, CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN and CSAP_ORD_BOM_MAINTAIN do not create or update item category P entries.
• No explicit error message is provided in the function module execution, simply no update occurs.
