3772533 - No Data Returned When Running a Report on 'Application Assessment Order' in Certain Languages - Recruiting Management

• No data is returned when running a report with fields from the 'Application Assessment Order' table.
• This behavior occurs only in specific system languages, while the same report may return data correctly in other languages.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create a Table report with fields from the 'Application Assessment Order' table.
2. Run the report.
3. Observe that no data is returned.
4. Switch to a different language and run the report again.
5. Notice that the issue occurs only in certain languages.

The issue is caused by missing translations in the Assessment Vendor Packages configuration for the affected language(s).

Update the missing translations via Provisioning > Import/Export Assessment Vendor Packages.

Please engage your implementation partner to update the translations in Provisioning.

If assistance from SAP Support is required, submit a Change Request and provide the necessary approval documentation as described in the following KBA:

• To locate the download link of the approval document, search for "Import/Export Assessment Vendor Packages".

Once the translations are updated and imported, the report should return data correctly in the affected languages.
