3772540 - /SCWM/QUI_WRKST069 when rejecting a partial lot

Symptom

The user posted partial UD for an inspection lot. This partial UD contains follow-up action as '1 blocked stock' and repacking is performed. When trying to save the result it fails with message: /SCWM/QUI_WRKST069 'Follow-up-Action of Insp. (HU: /Product: ) failed -Check Config.' The WT creation fails for this follow-up action with error:  /SCWM/L3690 Enter a destination HU
