3772557 - How to report the fields within Onboarding compliance forms using Integration Center

• Unable to determine the field values entered by external users during Compliance task completion.
• No visibility into the data submitted by external users within Compliance forms.
• Submitted field values from Compliance tasks are not available for review or auditing purposes.
• Difficulty tracking the information entered by external users during the Compliance process.
• Unable to verify the values entered in Compliance forms after task completion.
• Limited visibility into field-level data captured during candidate completion of Compliance tasks.
• No mechanism available to trace or review user-entered values within completed Compliance forms.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

STEP 1: Identify the Field Value which should be reportable

• Go to Manage Data > Compliance Form
• Select the Form Id. To illustrate this configuration, I am using the form id "US_W4_2026_V1".
• Search for "metadataForFormFields", this will contain the complete list of field id which is used within the compliance form along with its field name.
• In this example, I will use the field id "US_W4_MARITIAL_STATUS" and "US_W4_FILING_STATUS"

STEP 2: Building the report within Integration Center

• Go to Integration Center > Create > Scheduled Simple File Output Integration
• Entity > ComplianceUserFormData 
• Unselect all the Fields and Navigations
• Click on Select

• Go to Configure Fields > Click on Add (Add basic candidate information such as id, user, formId. This step is optional, I am adding these fields to make it easier to identify the candidate information)
• Under "Entity Tree View", Select "data" > value
• Under "Field Filters", Select the Target Entity (ComplianceFormDataFieldValue). 
• Under "ComplianceFormDataFieldValue", select the field "value". Operation "is equal to" and enter the Value of the field which should be reported from the compliance form. 

• The output will look like this
