3772592 - saprouter version update not reflected in cloud alm landscape management service

Symptom

  • After updating the current SAProuter to a new version and patch level SAP Cloud ALM continues to display the old SAProuter version details.
  • In SPC the updated SAProuter version and patch level are correct, while Cloud ALM shows the old version.
  • No error messages are shown.
  • The SAProuter installations are functioning; the discrepancy appears in Cloud ALM’s display/synchronization of SAProuter version data.
