3772629 - Address handling by MM_PUR_PURCHASE_ORDER form via Manage PO app

Symptom

You are using the SAP standard gateway service based MM_PUR_PURCHASE_ORDER form template.
In the Manage Purchase Orders app, the Ship-To Address is visible on the Print Preview when the PO is in Draft mode. 
However, after the PO is created, the print preview is different than the Draft mode.
