3772632 - Error "you have used up your quota of free form requests" when connecting to the SAP Forms Service

Symptom

  • When trying to generate a PDF with the SAP Forms Service hosted on BTP, the rendering fails with the below error:
    SYSTEM ERROR: ADS: You have used up your quota of free form requests for this month or the usage period of 6 months has expired.(200,101).
  • The ADS test reports FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE (checked) and FP_TEST_00 also fail
