3772640 - PCC Payroll Activity : Technical service error while executing activity

• While starting the step from 'Manage Payroll Activity' one technical error is showing as "Sorry, a technical service error occurred! Please try again later."
• Start button of step is not working correctly in 'Manage Payroll Activity' although step has been configured correctly on 'Set up Payroll Activity'.
