3772646 - PCC Payroll Activity : Technical service error is coming while activating a new recurrence in 'Manage Payroll Activity'.

• An error occurs when trying to activate a new recurrence of Activity list under the Manage Payroll Activities tab.
• Unable to start a new recurrence of previously created Activity list although recurrence details has been correctly maintained under 'Plan Payroll Activity'.
• Technical error is showing as 'Sorry, a technical service error occurred!'
