SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In the Upload Customer Open Items app, the upload function does not work.
The virus scan profile /IWBEP/V4/ODATA_UPLOAD is configured correctly, however, the upload still fails.
When virus scan profile /IWBEP/V4/ODATA_UPLOAD is tested in transaction /VSCANTEST, the following error message is returned:
