Symptom
- A user has multiple employment records sharing the same account.
- The user’s old employment has been set to inactive.
- The user has been rehired with a new active employment.
- The user is unable to log in using the new user login name.
- When running the IPS sync, the user's login information in IAS is not updated to the new login name. Instead, IAS continues to use the login name associated with the old (inactive) employment.
- Inactive users are being sync to IAS even though the IPS source parameter sf.user.filter is configured with active eq "true", which is intended to sync only active users.
