3772707 - The PI Initialization Wizard fails with "Change of technical system is not supported, from '<SID> on xxxxxxx' to '<SID> on yyyyyy'

The PI Initialization Wizard is failing with:

"Error: Change of technical system is not supported, from 'JPD on xxxxxxx' to  'JPD on yyyyyy' 

Protocol of Step 'Configures the Integration server and Business System in the SLD"

and the below error can be found in the default traces:
