3772760 - Fields Visible in Legacy Workbench but Missing in Latest/Redesigned Applicant Workbench Manage Columns - Recruiting

Fields that are available as Display Options in the Legacy Workbench are not visible in Manage Columns in the Latest/Redesigned Applicant Workbench

As a result, users are unable to select or display these fields in the redesigned workbench, even though they are available in the legacy view.

In the Latest/Redesigned Workbench, fields must be explicitly configured in the Recruiting User Personalization Object Configuration.

To make fields available for display or filtering in Manage Columns:

1. Navigate to Admin Center.
2. Go to Manage Data.
3.  in the first search field, search for and select Recruiting User Personalization Object Configuration.
4. Add the required fields to the configuration. (Adding a New Field as a Display or Filter Option | SAP Help Portal)
5. Save the changes.

Important:
Adding fields only in the Candidate Profile Template is not sufficient. The fields must also be configured in the Recruiting User Personalization Object Configuration for them to appear in the Latest Workbench Manage Columns and filter options.
