Symptom

  • Integration between Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud via SAP Cloud Integration fails for service order replication.
  • When a service order is initiated in Service Cloud, the data is not replicated to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Error in logs: 503 OData Error Log.
  • Error detail: Property 'ServiceDocumentPriority' at offset '508' has invalid value '03'.
