3772780 - CIS: Manual user or group creation is not visible in the change logs nor the audit logs

• After creating or updating a user or a group in the User Management, there is a need to check the corresponding audit log about the creations(s).
• Searching the Change Logs does not show any related events about the creation(s).
• Searching the Audit Log Viewer shows too many security events and the creation(s) logs are lost in the list.
