• Entries were created in “Define Accrual Item Types and Methods for MM Purchase Order Items” (SSCUI 102505) 
• The user cannot delete or revert these entries; the delete option is not available.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create entries in SSCUI 102505 (Define Accrual Item Types and Methods for MM Purchase Order Items) 
2. Attempt to delete the created entries in SSCUI 102505.
3. Observe that the delete function is not available and Greyed Out.

Deletion of customer records is not supported for SSCUI 102505 in standard configuration.

1. Verify that deletion is not supported for SSCUI 102505 using the roadmap viewer: download Configuration Activity.xlsm (Customer) under “Configuration with SAP Central Business Configuration (3-system landscape)” and check the “Delete Customer Records” column for SSCUI 102505; it states “Deletion not supported”. 2. It is only possible to delete entries using expert configuration for which you need to contact your Product Expert, e-CSP, CSM, CSP or SAP representative who will guide you through this process.
