When using Live Collaboration in SAP Business One, one or more of the following issues may occur:
- Live Collaboration window does not open.
- Users do not appear in the Live Collaboration user list.
- Error messages are displayed when starting or using Live Collaboration.
- A logon page appears instead of the Live Collaboration interface.
- Messages cannot be sent or received.
- Live Collaboration functionality is unavailable or not working as expected.
- Any other issue related to Live Collaboration
To facilitate troubleshooting and reduce resolution time, collect the information described in the Resolution section before creating an SAP Support case.
