• Timeline comment in the attribute shows "not rated" when the attribute is saved with a value of 0.
• The proficiency rating scale starting value at 0.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profiles

1. Configure a proficiency rating scale for attributes that starts with 0.
2. Go to Growth Portfolio > Add attribute
3. Edit Proficiency to the lowest value 0 > hit Save
4. Open the attribute timeline and observe the comment shows "not rated" while the rating shows 0.

Fix is set to deploy on M2611 release which is scheduled on Nov 12, 2026.
