3772829 - Windows AD SSO not working, URL redirects to the BI Launch Pad login page

Symptom

  • BI Launch Pad SSO link redirects to the login page.
  • Setspn -l ServiceAccountName command fails with error: "Ldap Error (0x80090350 -- ): ldap_bind"
  • Tomcat stderr.log file has following error: "jcsi.kerberos: Failure from UDP attempt #0 to DNS server /<IP Address>-- java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Receive timed out (local port <PortNumber>to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote host unknown) "
