3772841 - "Copy User" Action is Still Visible for "Learning Only" Users

The Copy User action available within Learning Administration on a Learning-Only User record is still available after published deletion date.

Reviewing feature noted in Deprecation of Copy User of What's New Viewer for Copy User feature to be deleted still exists for Learning only users.

Feature was unable to be fully removed/deleted within 1H2026 release.

Feature is still no longer supported as it has been deprecated and should not be used as it does not trigger any IAS/IPS updates especially for Learning-only users (i.e. external site users or native learning users).
What's New Viewer Help Guide will be updated TBD with no current ETA when the action will be fully removed or deleted.
