3772905 - Capacity Overload Not Considered During MRP

Symptom

When running MRP in transaction MD02 with scheduling option 2 (Lead Time Scheduling and Capacity Planning), the system creates planned orders on dates where the assigned work center already has capacity overload.

The expectation is that the system should consider the existing capacity load and schedule the planned orders on dates with available capacity. However, the planned orders are still generated on overloaded dates.
