3772907 - When I upload a Terms File in Contract Terms, the Account Type field does not update to the value in the file

Symptom

When I upload a Terms File in the Pricing Terms section of Contract Terms, the Account Type field does not change to the value specified in the file. For example, when the Terms File contains "P" (Project), the field retains the original value of "K" (Cost Center).
