3772992 - Jam group tab in Item detail page in Learning admin center is missing after migrating from JAM to Workzone

Symptom

  • After migrating from Jam to Workzone, admin expects to have a same tab of Jam Group in item detail page. However, it is missing even if workzoneEnabled is set to true.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • SAP SuccessFactors WorkZone

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Complete the LMS-Workzone integration according to the official setup guides. 
    3337002 - SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone integration with SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
  2. Go to Learning admin center>Item and check the available tabs within the item details page.
  3. There is no Jam Group tab as previously seen when Jam is integrated.

Cause

  • It is because jamIntegrationEnabled is set to false in System Configuration>LMS_ADMIN
  • As confirmed by Engineer team, even if migrated to Workzone, Workzone is still using the frame of JAM. It is nessary to set jamIntegrationEnabled to true in order to see the JAM Group tab in Item.

Resolution

  • Enable jamIntegrationEnabled and set it as true even if JAM is migrated to Workzone
