3773009 - Duplicate job alerts are created on the RMK career site following the 1H2026 release - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

  • Duplicate job alerts are created for internal and external users of the RMK site
  • Duplicate email notifications are sent when duplicate alerts are created.
  • No on-screen error messages are displayed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the career site.
  2. Create a new job alert.
  3. Select Manage My Job Alerts.
  4. Observe that a new duplicate alert is created each time
  5. Check your email client, note duplicate alerts are sent out
