Symptom

  • Settlement and billing quantity (MT) does not match outbound delivery quantity (KG) after UoM conversion.
  • Converted quantities differ when material base UoM = LB, LDC weighing = KG, and contract UoM = MT.
  • Quantity discrepancy appears on Settlement/Billing documents compared to LDC/Outbound Delivery.
  • Discrepancy only occurs for materials requiring multiple sequential UoM conversions (LB → KG → MT).
