3773309 - Rate Component Values Populated Incorrectly on not distributed Job Posting

Symptom

  • When a Job Posting is created and not distributed or saved as a draft, Rate Component values are being populated from supplier-specific rows in the custom lookup instead of the expected [All] fallback values. 
  • The system returns the highest available values from the lookup.
  • The system returns the minimum available values from the lookup.
  • After a supplier is associated/distributed, the correct supplier-specific value is applied.
