3773407 - cannot edit rebate agreement status in ecc; error agr_maintenance_chck001 in vbo2

Symptom

Error AGR_MAINTENANCE_CHCK001 "Agreement entered in a different system; it can only be maintained there" is raised in SAP ECC when attempting to edit rebate agreements in VBO2; the Agreement Status (field KONA-BOSTA) is read-only for agreements created via the Trade Management/CRM interface.
