Symptom
On your ConfigPanel setup, filters MAX_NO_OF_HITS and REQUIREMENT_DATE were disabled in oMDO SAM2410_RESERVATION to avoid limiting the number of displayed reservations.
After this change, Reservations that are fully issued in the backend continue to appear on the home page with an “Open” status after a delta sync.
An application reset followed by an initial sync removes the completed reservations from the device, but they reappear as open after subsequent delta syncs.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
