3773450 - Warning “Sender data not found; check your cycle definition” when running Top-Down Distribution cycle

Symptom

When running a Top-Down Distribution (TDD) cycle in Universal Allocation, the following warning message is displayed:

“Sender data not found; check your cycle definition”

The issue can occur although:

  • Reference data can be calculated successfully.
  • Sender records seem to exist in ACDOCA for the selected period.
  • The TDD cycle and TDD template have already been reviewed or adjusted.
