3773454 - DQM derivation discards all derived data when a business error occurs during derivation step

• When DQM derivation is triggered as a background step in a change request no data is derived.
• Errors are logged in SLG1 for object FMDM.
• Due to the errors all DQM derived data for other entities is discarded and not saved.
