3773465 - Actual amount displayed as 0.00 in app W0076 while postings are available in KOB1

Symptom

When displaying Actual data in the SAP Fiori app W0076 – Internal Orders - Plan/Actual, the amount is shown as 0.00 for an internal order.

The same internal order contains actual postings when viewed in transaction KOB1, which may lead to the impression that the app is missing data.
