3773466 - VA88H does not perform company-code-level authorization check during sales order settlement

When executing VA88H for sales order settlement, the authorization trace shows that the system checks authorization at controlling area level only.

The authorization object K_VRGNG is checked with business transaction KOAO. However, no company-code-specific authorization check is triggered, even though company code is available as a selection criterion and company-code-related authorization objects may be maintained.

As a result, users expect settlement authorization to be restricted by company code, but the standard authorization check is performed based on controlling area logic.
