3773467 - Cost center lock indicators do not block KSII-generated credit postings

Symptom

A cost center is locked for actual postings in the cost center master data.

After executing Actual Activity Price Calculation with transaction KSII, postings are still created in which the locked cost center appears in the result.

From a reporting perspective, this may look as if debit and credit postings are still posted to the locked cost center, although the cost center lock indicator is active.
