Symptom

The tag podmiot3 appears multiples times in the XML of the eDocuments from Poland.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the eDocument Cockpit App.
  2. In the Source Document field, enter ABC (where ABC represents the Source Document ID).
  3. Mark and eDocument from Poland.
  4. Select Go to -> Display/ Preview XML.
  5. Open the Download file.

The tag podmiot3 is displayed multiples times in the XML of the eDocuments from Poland.

Cause

The current XML structure allows multiple occurrences of the podmiot3 tag. This behavior is expected and fully aligned with the existing schema definition. The number of occurrences depends on the details contained within the invoice. 

Resolution

This is a current standard system behavior.
